Who is Jenna?

Hi, I am Jenna! I specialize in working with individuals with eating disorders, body image concerns, depression, anxiety, and challenges related to self-discovery and personal growth. I believe therapy is most effective when rooted in empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental understanding of each person's unique experiences. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping you develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and past. I also incorporate Brainspotting to support the processing and healing of trauma.

What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a type of therapy founded by David Grand that helps access and process experiences related to trauma that may be stored beyond conscious awareness. Based on the connection between where we look and how we feel, Brainspotting uses specific eye positions to help identify and process unresolved experiences held in the nervous system.
